Movies you would like to see have a sequel?

Hollywood seems bent on remaking just about every movie ever made, yet some movies have escaped. Which movies would you like to see a sequel made?

I would like to see Independence Day 2

I can see it now.

Independence Day 2: They're back...with Macs!

Just saw Independence Day again last night, damn good movie. There have been rumors of a sequel coming out, so my hopes are high.

I'd also love a sequel to my homeboy Justin Bieber's documentary.

Would have loved to have seen the original team do more Vampire chronicles instead of the horrible B-film garbage they ended up coming out with eventually. A reboot in capable hands would be welcome. Vampires that didn't sparkle ftw.

Planes, Trains, & Automobiles 2. Just imagining Del Griffith living in Neil's house and getting on everybody's nerves makes me laugh.

There's only ever been one that I want to see made, 28 Months Later, Danny Boyle has said that if it happens it would be in Russia or eastern Europe and that sounds awesome.

Goonies

Bladerunner

Inception

don't care about Goonies at all

Supposed to be a Blade Runner prequel in the works. Don't know how that will work, the Blade Runner universe laughably inferred we'd have off-world colonies and superior-to-human cyborgs by 2019...unless the prequel reboots the concept...

Inception is a movie I hope they don't bastardize with a sequel. Its just not needed. Sure, there are amazing possibilities cinematically with the concept, but the story was resolved and should stand as-is. They already fucked up good movies like The Matrix with sequels.

Besides, we don't need Nolan's brilliance tied down to sequels and reboots. The Batman movies he's doing are enough, otherwise just about all of his unique films have been absolute home runs in my book.
