Well we're probably in the minority on this one but I'd say Bad Boys also - I REALLY enjoyed the first one. I can still pop in the DVD and get a few laughs every time. Nothing like over-the-top Michael Bay/Jerry Bruckheimer type action mixed with Lawrence and Smith's comedy.

I love Tea Leoni.
As far as prequels though I would have to say "Dude, Where's My Car?" It sounds like the night that they forgot about was pretty cool indeed.
