Movies that were SHOCKINGLY Bad

Chronicles of Narnia.
Piss poor acting, plot has about as much plausibility as OJ simpson's murder case, ridiculous messages.
We have a kid with no balls whatsoever, called courageous and brave because he killed a wolf, or should I say the wolf jumped onto his sword. He was fighting minotaurs 3x his size in a few days of training.
The old professor is gullible and teaches that you shouldn't be dubious of those in good faith. In other words, you shouldn't be skeptical of magical faries in the sky because people taught them to you in good faith. Absolute brainwashing garbage.
The cg animation looks cheesy.
And even worse, is that it's nearly 3 hours long.
Not the worst movie, but it was SHOCKINGLY BAD. I went in with high hopes too.

The remake of Wickerman with Nick Cage. Nothing says "This Movie Sucks" like Nick Cage running through the woods in a Bear Costume.

Most High really sucks too!

well...i didnt expect it to be good...but this movie was so bad i wanted to stab my eyes when it was over...it was such a waste of my time...if i wanst so lazy i would actually try to get my $2 back AND compensation for my time...that movie pissed me off so much >(

lol

The movie was great. I didn't think it was "all that" but I thought it was cute.

Most movies today are crap. So many recycled ones without creativity because Hollywood is run by MBA's today. It's all about money.

The only ones that can turn out a good film is the legendendary directors who back themselves.

I watched the DVD "Inside Man" several months ago and canceled my Netflix account. Everthing was so predictable, it was an easy write.

I did see The Godfather in a theatre when it came out in the early 70's.

yeah man, spiderman 2 sucked so much ass.

also, is it the kewl thing to bash hollywood now? cause you'd have to be a massive tool to say that movies this year sucked.

Wow, I never expected to see that in here.

I expected at least some halfway decent fights in it, considering it's a superhero movie after all. Instead there was basically just a two minute scene of the baddie throwing bags of money at Spiderman and some really boring dialogue.

Do. You. Love. Me?
No. I. Don't.
Oh. No. A. Truck. Is. About. To. Run. Me. Over.
Oh. No.

I did. I almost chose that and Spiderman 1, but Blair Witch Project trumped everything.

Spiderman 1 was poor, Spiderman 2 wasn't even worth watching as an inflight movie. I kept flipping the channel and watching comedy shows I'd seen before. Can't wait for the next one

Oh please, I love when someone breaks out the end-all, be-all rating that is its Rotten Tomatoes score to backup whether a movie is good or not. That website is sheer lunacy and its rating system is laughable, how about we consult a proper movie website, oh I don't know.. like metacritic, or iMDb?

lolol: 7.4/10
lolol: 75/100

94%.. haha thats rich. I never even seen the movie either so I have no prejudice against it, I do however despise Hugh Grant.

As for the thread, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy may have been a terrific book, but it was the only movie I ever walked out on to this day.

Unbreakable
8 mm (the scene where Cage calls the mom and asks for permission to kill the dude who killed her daughther is the wost acting job ever)...
Queen of the Damned

Ring 2 - It was boring and not scary, unlike The Ring. I'm referring to Naomi Watts versions.

Worst... movie... ever. Well, at least the worst movie I've ever seen...
How bad compared to Aeon Flux? Someone gave me the Aeon Flux DVD with a gift receipt and I'm wondering whether to return it for store credit.

Disagree. One of the best superhero movies I've ever seen. Right up there with the first Batman (1989 version with Jack Nicholson) and the first and second Superman movies. Batman Begins follows closely as one of the best superhero movies. Other than that, any of the other superhero movies does deserve to be here - X-Men series, Batman 2-4, Superman 3+, ... all awful.

I agree, Ring 2 was dumb and boring.

Agreed. This one definitely deserves to be here. Why this guy seems to have set out to make such an unbelievably bad movie, I'll never understand. The storyline was incredibly stupid. L. Ron Hubbard even denied that there were undertones in the movie regarding his Scientology movement so I have no idea why he wasted his resources on it. What a tool.
