This is my boomstick! It's a twelve gauge double barreled
Remington, S-Mart's top-of-the-line. You can find this in the
sporting goods department. That's right this sweet baby was made in
Grand Rapids Michigan. Retails for about $109.95. It's got a walnut
stock, cobalt blue steel and a hair trigger. That's right.
Shop Smart. Shop S-mart. Ya got that?

 BEST!

Saw the trailer on Entertainment Tonight a couple days ago when my girlfriend was watching it. Definitely looks interesting. I usually like Will Smith movies, so I'll probably go see it.

Besides the title it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Asimov's book.

Looks interesting, & I think I'll see it, but it seems like it just took part of the storyline from the book & then went Hollywood.

Right. The plot in this movie is more similar to Caves of Steel. But, even from the trailer, you can tell the tone isn't anything like that in his three-laws/robot stories. The ppl making these movies don't give a damn about Asimov's work; they just needed something to rip off for their next summer blockbuster.

The sad thing is, they'll re-issue the book with a movie poster cover, then people will buy the book, read it, and proclaim, "WTF is this sh!t? I don't understand it! The movie was lots better, the guy they hired to write the novelized version sucks!"

Looks decent. Anyone notice the Matrix soundtrack in there though :p? I believe the song Navras, or Neodammerung from the Matrix soundtrack were being played during that trailer.

Interesting...apart from being a sucker for sci-fi movies...and a movie nut...I think it has promise. :)
