Not sure if these are classified as Adventure films, but I really enjoy watching movies like Ocean's 11/12, The Italian Job, After the Sunset, Mission Impossible, those type of films!

What other films are out there that involve master planning jobs?

I have seen Collateral, and it is indeed a good movie! I just added Ronin and Snatch in my Blockbuster queue. 🙂
 
I forgot about the Bone Collector, but it was more of a mystery film. Panic room... was all right, but to me, it does not quite fit into the category.
I think I will give National Treasure and Game a try.
