Very dumb...but very funny! I could watch this and then be laughing about its' jokes for the next week....also, is *very* quotable.
For example:
"Ya hungry girl?"
"F*ck you n*gga!" (said by a black woman)
"I was talkin' to the horse!"
 
Oh lotsa good parts.

"B*itch, you know what I want, I wanna talk to Samson!"

And one of the best parts is when he first goes to pick up the big brick of weed and he didn't expect it and he couldn't control himself when he was signing for it.

If you pay attention you'll hear the fart come from the left speaker (obviously that scene's been replayed a few times).

I was so mad whern I paid to see the movie in the theaters and they cut out the part where Jim bruer attempts to hop the meter. That was the only reason I went to see it.
