For me in movies nothing will never top the Porkys' scene in the principle's office where Ballbreaker wants a "lineup".

For Tv, nothing tops the first airing of South Park. I was watching it with 2 other friends and we were laughing so hard that one guy tried to change the channel before he collapsed. 😀

first ever episode of the family guy. right after the super bowl a few years ago.

man oh man, i seriously was out a breath from laughing so much...
 
I think the first time I saw the scene with the black knight I almost died laughing.

TV is harder. maybe a George Carlin(sp?) special
 
Not sure, last year it must be Rat Race when I went to see it with my ex girlfriend, laughed my ass off.

This year it is definetly when I saw Rat Race AGAIN last weekend with two of my friends, they were seeing it for the first time and I for the second time, we were all in cramps 🙂

tom green, a few of his things come to mind where i couldn't breath for awhile after seeing them:

the first time i saw the bum bum song video
the excercise program with the old people, where he made them hump each other
interviewing peope with a piece of poo on his mic
arguing with that psycho old guy
 
i remember the first time i saw "there's something about mary" i was dying laughing pretty much the entire time, but mostly at the zipper/"hair gel"/7-minute abs scenes. that can't be recreated though...now when i watch the movie i just have a few giggles.

The scene on Dumb and Dumber where they are all decked out in the powder blue and orange tuxs... and Jeff Daniels takes his cane and whacked Jim Carey in the back of the legs.... I still haven't quit laughing at that scene.

As far as tv... Has to be The Simpsons. I don't remember the episode... been too long since seeing it... but as usual Marge is trying to talk Homer out of doing something insane... and as usual Homer does it anyway and when things go wrong Marge gives Homer a look (but doesn't say anything) and Homer says "Shut up" That is SO me and my wife... LOL

Haven't seen American Pie. Did see Me, Myself and Irene though and that was one funny movie. When he starts beating the cow I was rolling on the floor 😀

Jay and Silent Bob.....where they go to get something to eat..that chick walks in and jay goes on his little Bon Jovi trip......i crack up everytime i see that
 
Too many Seinfeld episodes to list where I laughed really hard. As someone else already mentioned, "The Contest" was a great episode, and the point where I laughed the hardest was when Kramer declares, "I'm out!!"

The funniest movie I ever saw was South Park. Many, many scenes in that movie caused me to hurt myself laughing.

LMAO, I really ran a call for that. Poor kid was at home with his sister who had about six friends over, he was 15. That poor SOB is probably still trying to live that one down.

The all time scene I laughed the hardest during was the Hitler car scene from Rat Race.

me too but i think that movie was HORRIBLE. omfg that was the movie with the bus full of lucys right ? ehhhhhh.....
 
For TV, it's a tie between some of the first South Park episodes and Family Guy episodes.

For the big screen, Mystery Science Theather 3000: The Move, hands down, is the funniest movie I've ever seen!!!😀😀😀😀
