It's amazing how averse people are to exercise.

It's amazing some people work 12+ hours a day, have a family, need to sleep, and STILL don't have time for exercise! Whowouldathunkit?!

They claim their lives are so busy, yet they still somehow find the time to stuff their faces and watch 20+ hours of TV per week.

It's just that 90% of the stuff I see about weight loss includes the line "no exercise". It's pretty distressing that exercise is seen as a negative thing. You can lose 95 pounds and still have soggy crap for a heart and lungs.

uh, so if i eat that much garlic, i'll boost my metabolism? Sounds like an old wive's tale to me. IF that were true, you'd think they'd create diet pills based on garlic.

Seriously though, cutting back on intake is the best solution for those who can't exercise, and even for those that can. Her new diet doesn't sound like she reserved the meals, it sounds like she's eating shat that's nasty as funk. But it's healthy. Anywho, good for her! :)

That's complete BS. Anyone can find time to excercise if they make it a priority. Those who use the excuse of "Whaa I don't have time" are simply lazy.

meh

I exercise and I still have a hard time losing weight

70% of losing weight is your diet. If you exercise and you can't lose weight, look there first.

Exactly. Exercise is crucial to life no matter what weight you are, no matter what you eat, etc. You just flat out feel better when you take an hour out of your day and exercise. :)

Actually, I support the basic idea behind this. Eat the most in the morning and you'll have the entire day to burn it off. The only reason why people eat more in the evening is due to tradition.

In regards to exercise what is it they reccomened? At least 30 minutes 3 times a week?

I don't care who you are you have 30 min to spare. I just bought a bike last weekend because I haven't done physical activity in a LONG time. As soon as I get home from work I change clothes and grab the bike. It works great and the only thing it takes away from is the 30 min I would just be sitting in front of the computer.

I agree, my roomate is extremly skinny and never excersises at all. However, he is way out of shape, he almost puked yesterday after he did a couple sprints playing frisbee.
