Mouse program that allows you use the scroll button to shut down an IE window?

I usually have lots of IE windows open. when i'm done, i would like to just press down on the scroll button to close it instead of trying to position the mouse over the 'X'.

are there any mouse programs like that for a generic 3 button mouse?
