Mouse pointer

Hi all,

The mouse pointer on my computer freezes all the time. This happens in one direction only. It does not move left to right and moves up and down only. The problem is solved when I restart,...but it happens again immediately. I have tried other mouse in the computer but the problem persists.

Perhaps the orientation setting is screwed up. Try fixing it in the mouse properties in the control panel. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the mouse drivers.
