Mouse moving by itself?

Hey Guys--

Anyone ever have their mouse move by itself? At work, maybe once every couple of weeks, my mouse will move to the left about 2 to 3 inches then stop. Has anyone else ever had this happen to them on their computer? Kind of freaks me out a little. Thanks

I've only see the mouse move by itself when the IS is remotely working on our work PC's, otherwise that is creepy 🙂
 
I have had it happen with some of the optical mice that I have used but they have not moved as much as you said. They will only move a little bit or just jitter.
 
There are mice running all over where I work, particularly in the lunch room. They are some kind of vole and are cute little buggers.
