I have 2 mouse, one is a laser USB mouse and another one one is an optic PS/2 mouse!

If i plug them both and then take the laser one in hand the cursor is jumping on screen, if i use the PS/2 one then the cursor works normal !

When i unplug the PS/2 mouse then use the laser one the cursor doesn`t jump anymore, why is this?

More than likely, one mouse is interfering with the other. You should only use one. Two devices confuse one another.

The answer im looking for is if this problem happens because i have 2 mouses connected in the same time or because my motherboard has a problem?

I gotta say that i had the jumping cursor with another mouse, a Razer BUT that one was connected alone

From the info provided, IMHO, the problem is caused by 2 mice connected, not your mobo. If the two mice use different drivers, that makes it worse.

Jumping optical mouse cursors can also be caused by using the mouse on glass or a very reflective surface.

both mices are seen as diffrent devices in hardware manager

i was thinking asbout problematic mobo (usb ports or smth) because i had the same jumping cursor when i had only one mouse connected to the pc but that was a Razer !

The razer had a Phillips laser and this one i have has a diffrent laser but the problem is the same so either this is a mouse/laser problem or a mobo problem

maybe someone here could connect 2 mices at the same time (usb & PS/2) and see if they have the same problem

It could also be a driver problem with the Razer mouse.
