Mouse Buttons Check

Hi,

this may sound silly, but i need to check if a mouse buttons are working or not. I have a Logitech MX1000 and from one day the central mouse buton (the one with the wheel) quit working. Meaning that in the games i am not able to bind it anymore and with Setpoint utility it is not working either. Is there any driver check i can make, or any easy way to check via software if the mouse is sending or not the signal? I don't know about drivers, cause from logitech i can only download the latest SetPoint software version.
I'd like to be absolutly sure before sending it to Logitech.

Thanks

The logitech driver used to have button tests, etc. you could always open up the mouse and check the switch with a meter. I posted a Craftsman DMM in Hot Deals for this week.
