Mounting CD images under *nix

I found information on mounting an image in the .iso format, as well as information on binchunker to convert .cue/.bin to .iso, but was wondering if there was a way to just mount a .bin/.cue image without modifying it. You'd think there'd be something out there similar to d-tools for Windows, but I have yet to come up with anything... anyone know if this is possible?

. I am aware of google, and tried various search strings, but didn't come up with a clear answer... it happens. Anyway, I'll browse through those pages, and I do appreciate the reply... maybe next time you can say, "I used the keywords 'xxxxx' in google and came up with this". I mean, computer (*nix especially) users have a bad enough image as it is...

You're likely going to feel insulted, but I recommend checking out the google help pages. It offers some generally good tips on how to search, and can even help advanced 'net users out.

A person can only have as bad an image as the person doing the looking wants them to have.

I realized I was being a bit dry but I was in a hurry, and I think I had just woken up or something. And believe it or not, alot of people *don't* search google, I have no way of knowing anything about you, so I figured I'd try to help you find more info by linking to google, with the chance of offending you (I saw your reply coming from a mile away ;)).

Hopefully, most of them aren't worried about their image, I'm really not. :)

Yeah, I couldn't help myself with that reply... there definately are people out there who don't even try to find information on their own first, so no worries. I guess I haven't had to play the newbie role for so long that it gets a little intimidating asking for help with these no OS's I'm trying since I'm so used to being self-sufficient... it's been a long time since the last time I couldn't answer my own questions with Windows... which I guess meant it was about time for a new challenge anyway, right? ;)

Well, what's cool is that one of those pages pointed out that MPlayer was capable of playing a VCD from within an image, which was all I really needed, so thanks for the links! I'm not completely comfortable with linux yet, so I might wait to mess with adding support to mount all .bin images until I need it for something else. But just wanted to make sure you knew I appreciated the help.
