Mounting a mobo in an addtronics 6896a case question?

Hi, I'm mounting my mobo to my addtronics 6896 case. The case comes with these square metal boxes that pop through the mobo tray. These square boxes seem to act like a brass standoff would. I haven't used these before. Do I just mount the mobo directly to the metal boxes?
 
Yes you can mount your motherboard directly on those metal square standoffs. I've done this on several system I built using Addtronic cases.
