i just bought a seagate barracude ST15150N scsi HD and i want to mount it in my antec sx1030

i tried putting it in the HD cage but the holes wont line up

anyone have any suggestions?

See if you can find a sperate hard drive cage that'll mount on the SX1030. Since your SCSI drive is one of the larger full height ones, it sometimes has problems mounting on some cases. I think it'll be too big for a Bay Cooler and the 3.5 => 5.25 bay rails, but I may by wrong. If worst comes to worst, you might have to drill some holes in your hard drive cage. But remember: BEFORE you start drilling/cutting anything on your case, remove all your components including your power supply or else your computer might not work after you get the hard drive in. I hope this helps some. 😉

I take it you've been in his position junthin? =]

I'd suggest taking the HD cage out, making your own holes, and working from there if you can spare the time and effort to do so.
