Mount adaptors

There are many adapters - you have to be more specific, i.e., Canon Body to Olympus lens or Canon Lens to Olympus body. Big difference.

Grrr - that's why I am in engineering. I gave up on spelling right a long time ago. 🙂

Just FYI chances are these adapters won't allow you to autofocus or stop down the lens. You'll have to manually stop down the lens by getting a lens with a mechanical aperture ring. Manual focusing on the small Olympus viewfinders is going to be tough as well.

And BTW, it's Canon, not Cannon 😉
 
Ahhhh - more spelling problems! Last night was not my night. Actually the lenses are from regular SLR's that I have inherited over the last year, so no auto focus anyway. Just thought using them with the Olympus would be nice - especially the 8 inch long (approximately) long zoom lens. I honestly don't know the range on it at the moment. It is currently at my parents. Story goes - got the olympus, and than inherited 2 SLR's a Cannon and a Pentax....sigh, film is so expensive.

i've used pentax thread mount (m42) to canon eos adapters, they work fine, i got one with the chip on the adapter so focus confirmation on the rebel works.
