Actually, I'd be happy with my phone if someone figured out how to wipe the flashrom and load new software on it. The UI, phonebook, apps etc. are just atrocious.

Having moved from a samsung e105, all of the above are WORLDS better on the Razr.

I think that the Razr uses a pretty standard Motorola UI...I think the only company that really has the phone OS down is Nokia.

The Moto UI is awful. SE is a bit better and Nokia's is pretty good. The RAZR is a over-hyped POS. Signal strength, audio quality and general usability are often complained about.
