Motorola V3 RAZR help needed

I have a RAZR V3 with Cingular, and when I plug in either the car charger or home charger, I can't make or receive calls. Unplug the charger, and everythig is fine. I found a "Car setting" menu in setup, but it didn't change anything. What the heck am I missing?

Defect maybe? I have a V3c (CDMA) and haven't ever had a problem like that.

Edit: the only thing my phone does is if it's turned off and then plugged in, it goes into a "pseudo-on state" where it charges but none of the other features work. This isn't a problem if you plug it in when the phone is on though.

Try resetting your razr or RMA it?
