Msi K9N Platinum
Raptox 450W PSU
2X 512 corssair value DDR2 627MHZ
Connenct 3D Radeon X1900 XTX512
250GB Samsung SATA 2

and, it started randomly crashing, when I disabled BSD I'v recieved this message
BAD_POOL_CALLER, bla, blabla, I found some info on the internet regarding this problem so i runed mem test, but ram seams to be OK, There are no IRQ conflicts, maschine isn't overheeting, so a the end only possible troublmaker is the Motorola SB4200 cable modem,
when I use through network its ok but when I connect it to USB baam i get this lovely blue collor with this microsoft nonnsens writen on it, I'v installed newer drivers but no luck
Any idea how to solve this,
THX

Latest chipset drivers for your motherboard? Do other USB devices work without problems?

If you can use the modem through the Ethernet jack it might not be worth your time to troubleshoot this problem.

i use usb becouse i need network connection for lan (my computer is also a gateway)
memtest run for about 3 hours,
all devices have latest drivers
and something more, computer doens't crash when I surf just when I use torrent client

easy solution, don't torrent, and buy a freaking router...trust me, it's the cheapest security you can get.

🙂, well I allready orderd a router it sholud be delieverd to me in few days, I'm not sure it will help
but till then any other ideas.
THX
