Don't know if it's a repost, searched on motorcycle and motorcyclist and saw nothing.

That is pretty crazy.

Guy is an idiot though.

EDIT:

I don't even know if it's real cause. IMO it just "looks" fake heh, but then again, I've never seen anything like this in real life so what do I know!
 
this sucks.. i feel so sorry for him and his people. Im sure he did not intend to die that night. RIP

Anyhoo, its pretty macabre to see a human dead like that. Its almost like looking at a dead animal or something, with the little blood trails following his feet and around the head etc.

It's real.

Hwy 169 is as good as an Interstate in that area so the truck was probably doing 70 so the impact of the Motorcyclist was 50 mph or less which is why he wasn't smashed more than what you see.
 
this is the kind of stuff I think about when I see similar organ donors in waiting blow past me at triple digit speeds on the expressways...

It's real.

Hwy 169 is as good as an Interstate in that area so the truck was probably doing 70 so the impact of the Motorcyclist was 50 mph or less which is why he wasn't smashed more than what you see.

Reading the article would help, considering it was estimated he was going 100+. Even if that impact is 50 or less, it's still a hell of a hit. You hit a brick wall at 50mph on a bike and see what happens.

I think he was inferring that the big rig was also going 70, net impact of 50

Which is why I added the last part. I figured it's like doing 50 into what's basically a wall. I was a jackass on the first part, and I'm not going to take it away to save face. I messed up and was an ass to Dave, and I was wrong.
 
From the thread title I assumed that the trailer was stopped. 120mph into something standing still would probably produce a different result :\

I'm still trying to determine what part of the truck the poor dude is impaled on. It's hard to tell, but it looks like it's ONLY his helmet that's been wedged in between metal. Astonishing.
