Motorcycle Control Replacement

I currently ride a 2014 Yamaha Bolt but I'm not in love with the factory controls. Before that I owned a Kawasaki of which had controls I greatly preferred. For the most part, the controls are similar from brand to brand, but the Kawasaki controls getting felt better with my smaller hands and had more options like warning flashers.

If I were to buy a set of Kawasaki controls, would they work on my Yamaha? I realize that wiring might be slightly different but I'm more concerned with if there is some proprietary circuitry that might prevent my lights from working, etc.

Should just be wiring and a different locator hole position in the bars for the controls.

You most likely won't be able to add functionality (hazard lights) to the bike via the controls alone. You'd need some sort of light modulator wired into the main harness somewhere upstream of the lights.
