I have the MotoRazr v3i and there is a tiny brow discoloration on the screen and when i tilt the phone to the side it looks like a leak of LCD Fluid but just a little bit, should i be concerned?

Health wise I would say no, but if your phone is still under warranty or its a manufactures fault then get them to replace it.

they wont let me replace it they say its not covered by their warranty they say they only cover software issues

Thats BS. Wait one week, call them back and say the phone keeps turning off and rebooting itself randomly during calls. It also "locks up" sometimes when trying to send a text message. It is now a software issue. have them replace it under warranty.
