Where do you see that it won't launch with KLP? I'm asking because I haven't found it in any articles I've read nor does it seem like Woodside has even stated.

Regardless, I'm holding out a lot of hope for this because this phone really seems like something to look out for.

Because if it releases this summer, KLP won't be out yet. Google hasn't released 4.3 yet, they aren't going to release KLP within 3 months of 4.3, and they especially aren't going to release KLP on a Motorola phone before a Nexus gets it.

Moto X is starting to sound like it's going to be a rather unexciting midrange phone if all these leaks of Snapdragon S4 Pro dual core processor, 16GB storage, and 720p display are correct.

The still say it suppose to have great battery life. And there is talk of new sensors and a new smart phone experience, though not sure what that might be.

I don't think Google is working on this phone. Last I heard they basically left Moto to work on it and have distanced themselves from it. Don't remember which article I read that in though.

But with the rumored specs it kinda makes sense. Seems Google figured it would be better to partner up for Nexus S4 and Ones rather than make a midrange Moto phone.

Wasn't the reason everyone was getting so excited about this phone was because it was supposed to be the first joint effort between Google and Motorola?

Though I never understood why there was so much hype for a phone with so little known about it (until recently).

It says it will arrive in late summer, so I'm assuming August/September time frame. Any idea when they're going to actually announce the device though?
