Moto V600 Won't Make Calls

I bought an unlocked V600 and it was working great, and now all of a sudden, it won't make calls. Everything is failed (and yes, I have reception) .. Any ideas?

BTW - Service is TMobile. I switched my sim back to my old (non-unlocked phone) and it won't make calls either. Could t-mobile be down?

t-mobile? or something like emergency only or unrecognized SIM

Says T-Mobile on both phones (I put the card back in my old one)

default your network settings?

since it doesn't work on both phones.... bad SIM? log on t-mobile and check your contract status
