denm107, how do you choose a year contract from the Amazon site? When I actually try to buy the phone, the service contracts it lists on the next page are all 2 years in duration. Maybe that's based on area of the country (I'm in San Jose), but I can't seem to get it to list a year contract.
mscottmoz, sorry for the confusion. It states the minimum requirements on the PDF as 1 yr contract, but the actual purchase is for a 2 yr contract. I'm gonna try and duke it out with Cingular, and perhaps use a tweak or two to improve the Razr phone Best of luck.

I already received my two Razr's and they work perfectly with the phone numbers activated as soon as I received my cell's. Also, just in case, if you work for the government you also get a nice monthly discount. For federal gov it is 2% and for state gov it is up to 15% (which I did). Enjoy!

Just an FYI The inphonic rebates take FOREVER! They come (I think) but it's 180 days from activation plus 4-6 weeks till you get your check (Read that folks, 5-6 months for your rebates)

That's what I did. You'll see they ask you about your number before you get to the checkout page. Phone arrived and number was moved the next day.
