We were SO tempted to try it to see if it would work but probably not good for the printer lol.

Is paper that much more expensive than paper towels? Guess I never noticed since I don't buy paper.

Not sure TBH as it was just a joking around thing to show how some companies can go to extremes when doing budget cuts. My guess is that paper towels are quite cheap as they are bought in huge bulk and are usually lower grade recycled paper.
