Motion of ban

I don't think a ban for differing opinion, heated debate, or pure stupidity is appropriate. Simply don't feed the trolls. Arguing with them is probably wasting more of AT's bandwith than the troll does since there is usually backed up with factual info. If you have the undeniable urge to throw a shot at a troll, do it and get it over with - just make it short and sweet. If the mods want to save a little bandwith, they'll take care of the trash.

On the flip side, if one of the few individuals in the spotlight (or anyone for that matter) start feeding a hot load of BS to some of the obviously hardware illiterate folks that come here for help, that's just wrong. On that front we should at least police our own and get the correct info to the new guy/gal searching for answers and pass it on above.

i voted against intelia but i don't really think now she should get banned, its pretty hard to discern exactly what message she is trying to convey in her writing on her best days, i doubt she convinces anyone when it usually a struggle to read her posts

If the boards can tolerate idiots along the likes of Dothan ... and a few others who shall remain nameless ...

And we can't ban everyone who has a bias towards one company or product line, or this place would be just about empty 😀

we all agreee that some trolls should be banned, but thats left up to the mods
