Any word about the Foxconn A79A-S?

I wrote Foxconn Support on the A79A-S 3.0 and they said they have one but it's still under testing.

I've also asked them 3 times now (twice in this go around) about bringing back core unlocking...no response... 🙁

But, at least it sounds like an updated BIOS is coming....

Got a reply from Biostar and they say it is a hardware issue. They say the X6 cpus require a dual power plane design which the TA790GX does not have.

I can tell you a fact the GA-MA770T-UD3 has a falw in the BIOS when using a 1090T. The BIOS sets the turbo core to 3.3 Ghz just like the 1055T. Otherwise the new BIOS seems to work fine.

I thought all AM2+ motherboards supported dual power plane? i was reading on wiki about am2+ socket, they mention split power planes. One for the cpu cores and one for the IMC. I'm assuming they are different?
