i agree it looks cool. but since spray paint is solvent based, won't this effect the longevity of the circuitry??

at |H| they said i was the first so i guess i am. all they have done was painted
some caps, and MAYBE a vid card.

Very interesting idea. Something like this won't be imitated by vendors though as it is pretty tedious work. Glad it worked out, does it really glow at night? Maybe I'll find me a crappy mobo to try this on

whenever i have the UV CCs on. the blacklight is what makes it glow, not the
darkness. i think it was a bit misunderstood at overclockers.

Hmmm.... I worked as a tech this summer and did a lot of conformal coating. Seems like you did everything right, but 5 layers seems excessive. The cans we used at work had UV pigment for quality control purposes and you could see it pretty well even with one coat. Either way, nice work

i am thinking about using REAL spraypaint on my cards...hmmmm....maybe chromed
out NIC, red white and blue sound.
