So I'm sticking with Windows 7 for as long as I can, but I was wondering: Just when will mother boards have only Windows 10 drivers only? Since Win 10 is the last OS for M$ I wonder if Win 7 drivers will still be made for newer mother boards going forward?

Until MS stops supporting W7 in it's newer DDK releases or accepting WHQL cert signing for Win7 drivers. I wouldn't worry about it for another 18 months. Win7, Win8, and Win10 can all use the same driver binaries, for most device classes.

So a Windows 10 driver will work in Windows 7?

I managed to use Vista drivers on Win 7 for this laptop. But that's going up a predecessor.

No, but a lot of Win10 and Win7 drivers are bundled together in the same package.
