Motherboard?

Does anyone know any good Motherboards under 70$? I'm on a tight budget. I'm looking for AMD. It needs to be a board that can run A64 Processors. I have a 2800+ CPU becuase I'm replacing my old crap parts in my computer, and I just need a motherboard. I have heard good things about ASUS but I don't know what I should get.

For 754 you have more options.
