The msot threads i'll make about a printer will be 1 or 2. Just answer the question on the other page:
"IS the Asus's overclocking trouble on hardware or software, like can a new bios fix the problem?"

I'll solve your printer problems. If you want a laser printer, there's a nice Samsung Laser printer that's been going around. If you want a photo printer, I suggest getting a Canon i810,i860,i910 or whatever they have that's in your price margin.

Yay! I saved the forums from excess threads!

honestly no one can tell you for sure. the best you can do is go to google.com search your board and start reading what other people have said about it.

There is no information about the Asus K8N-E Deluxe, I'd just like to know if a stupid bios update can fix the overclocking problem.

well, we have no way of knowing for SURE unless/until it actually happens, eh?

My Epox Mobo has been a real workhorse (Scorpion rig) and is an excellent overclocker.

Haven't owned a Gigabyte so no opinion other than the great reviews I have read about them.

The difference between the Epox boards is.
the cheaper $99 version has 4 less SATA ports and no optical out put and maybe Firewire I wasn't aware the 8KDA had Firewire though :shurg.

I love my 8KDA3J but I am stuck at 2450 more voltage doesn't seem to help 🙁 I have seen a few people stuck at around 2500 on this board and then others can make it all the way to 2.7GHz what gives 🙁
