Hi, I have a Asus P6T6 ws revolution and it has been working fine for almost a year. Yesterday. I open up my rig to dust it off and install 2 new fans, when I'm done and I try to turn it on it just goes back off after a seconds. I removed the fans and tested another psu with no luck, I have disconnected everything but the mobo and I still have the problem so it must be something in the board.

Any ideas?

is it possible something is shorting the board, maybe you dropped a screw? try running the mobo out of the case on top of a cardboard box with only the bare components to see if it will stay on.

Do the above but also remove all extra PCI-E cards you may have and leave only a single video card for the monitor when you turn it on the next time.

Your power button might be stuck. Your description sounds like it is. Try connecting the reset button as a power button ad try again.
What alucard says is also possible that you might have shorted the board. Make sure you don't have any metal like screws dropped on the board
