Motherboard tester?

Is there a program I can download that can probe my motherboard to check for any errors or faults? I am having this issue where XP constant has programs crashing and it seems like its because of memory and XP will randomly reboot too. I did a RAM check and I got only a few errors with the memory and I swapped it out with new ones and now I want to make sure its not a bad slot on my motherboard or the motherboard itself.

Just run all the stress testing programs you can find, like Prime95.
