I just recently returned a GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L because it arrived DOA.
I am just wondering if when the motherboard reaches it's destination in CA, where they will send the new product. Will they send one from CA or will they send one from where I originally received the motherboard from Tennessee.

It arrived DOA and you couldn't send it back to the place you bought it from?

The only reason I ask is because I've heard some horror stories about Gigabyte's RMA, hope you fare better than some.
