Motherboard Recommendations

After upgrading to the 633/950's, I've got the 300A/450 and the 366/550 laying around and I started thinking about a mini rack. Some time ago Russ (I think) had a source/site for some cheap Tekram MB's (were those sold out?). Any recommendations for cheap MB (slot one, could use a socket 370 for the 366/550) that offer voltage and FSB selection via BIOS or jumpers?

Also, do you need 32 MB RAM, will Klinux run on 16?

I'd also like to know what the minimum requirements are to crack. I have a PIII 550E sitting here and I know that it can hit 800 easy but I don't have another mb or anything else.

The Tekrams that I grabbed are LX, so the max FSB is 83Mhz. Got them directly from Tekram. They still have them ($25), and I think they also have a VIA board for $50 that might be more suitable.

EDIT: Yes, Klinux will run on 16MB.

You might also check in the for sale forum with bummer. He usually has some pretty good mobos. Last I checked he had some Gigabyte and Soyo BX boards for around $50. I think he had some BX's that would take a coppermine for something like $58.🙂
