Motherboard Recommendation

HI all, I have a P4 2.4B and a gigabyte 8pe677ultra motherboard. Would I benefit any to going to a new Motherboard? Thanks

It really depend on what you run on your computer, and is a P4B @2.4Ghz and beside u can upgrade your processor to a 2.66Ghz B 2.8Ghz B 3.06Ghz B

P.S. More Ram = faster boot up = less freezing

Also If you want a motherboard to support faster RAM,Better AGP Port Speed, SATA, and New P4C.

Depends on what you mean by benefit.

-Are you overclocking?
-Are there specific pieces of hardware you want to use or run?
-Are there specific Applications you are running that require something more than you have?
-Why are you even considering another board?
-Does your current motherboard not work properly?

etc..

I think you can see it really depends on what the reason is for even considering it in the first place.
