Motherboard Reccomendation that can support:

JAWE

This would be my first build. And as the question says, It would have to support: GTX 285, 1066Mhz RAM, no SLI needed, Intel Core 2 Duo @3.16 1333FSB, CPU cooler (maybe Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro)

Any CPU cooler recommendations would be appreciated also (moderate overclock, not anything extreme)

A motherboard that I was considering getting was: GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

Any help is appreciated

The EP45-UD3P is a great choice. I'm running that with my Q6600 @ 3.33GHz and 8800GTS G92, watercooled, and I love it.
