Motherboard/Processor help?

Hello everyone. I have been gaming on consoles for quite some time, and want to get into PC gaming. I am new at building PCs, so I decided to ask for some help from people that do. I am going to be building a gaming PC, and using it for mainly that. Currently, this is the motherboard I am looking at:

Under the "Specs" section, it lists a bunch of CPUs you can use. What I am wanting to as is "Are those the only brand Processors I can use with this motherboard, or any Processor with a AM3+ socket type?" I hope to hear back soon, and I would like to thank anyone in advance for their help!
