I have an ASUS A7V333 motherboard. I cannot flash my BIOS to the latest version .

The motherboard came with BIOS Revision 1007 i flashed it to 1008 , 1011 . But when i flash it to 1012, 1013 and 1014 , The mOthernoard won't wake and i had to power off then back on. i notice that if i set my fsb to 133 Mhz i would have a problem starting up so i had to set it to 100Mhz fsb to reflash my BIOS.

i do not have a problem running at 100Mhz FSB on my BIOS 1011.

I also have a problem with my ACPI BIOS. Sometimes my computer wouldn't turn off and i have to turn it off manually. I also couldn't hibernate. Everytime i hibernate, my pc would restart and resume windows.

My PC's specs are as below:

AMD Athlon XP 1700+
ASUS A7V333 with Raid
Elsa Gladiac 516 - GeForce2 Ti
256MB KingMax DDR 333
Creative Sound Blaster Live! D.E. 5.1
Lite-ON 16X10X40 CD-RW
ASUS 50X CD-ROM
60GB Maxtor Diamond MAx PLus 9
420Watts AVD p/s ( i cute)

Can Anyone please help me !!!

thanx

After you flash your BIOS, clear it via, shorting it out with paper clip/screwdriver, etc. and reset everything that you had before going with any non agressive settings and see if that helps any.
