Motherboard power on problem

When I plug in the power cord into the power supply, it turn on by itself without pressing the start button. What happen to my motherboard? Please help

Nothin to worry about

If you dont like it, go in to the BIOS and somewhere there should be an option like "After power failure" set it to "stay off" instead of "last state" or "power on"
