Toss-up, really...

DFI might overclock better.

See...they cost about the same...MSI has more PCI slots(4), DFI has 2. DFI on the other hand has 2 PCI-e 16 slots but MSI has 1...

I'm thinking 2 PCI enough? I was sort of leaning towards the DFI...
Reviews say its better for the SLIs...maybe for the Ultras as well.

Msi owns in stable speeds and oc'ing. Dfi is only 1-3% oc'able than the Msi which is only like freeking 3 fps...Not that much at all...Both good mobos. Just pick which one fits you.
