motherboard manufacturer - drivers

hello there,

I have a motherboard with marking of 'XCEL2000' on it.

Other chips on it are:

1) Davicom 9102F - Onboard Ethernet
2) CMI 8738 - Onboard Sound
3) SIS 5595 - Onboard VGA.
4) supports both, SOCKET & SLOT CPU.

I need to reload the Operating system now & do not have the driver CD.
Can anyone tell me who is the manufacturer of this board?

I can then find drivers on manufacturer website.

Go here. It's most likely made by PC Chips.

That most likely would be PCchips or Amptron...? You can go to their site and do a visual comparison to correctly ID the board, also if you do PM me I might have a driver disk for it... I used to build alot of cheap systems and have several driver disk laying around...
