Motherboard Help - Old School 754 Style

The bracket holding the processor fan to the mobo snapped somehow while in use, luckily the processor made it through fine, but I need a new motherboard. I'm having a hard time finding a mainstream site with 754s. Does anyone know where I can find a mobo to replace my Gigabyte GA-K8NS?

I do very little gaming on the PC, so if this is cheap I'm not going to upgrade as the processor is still acceptable for what I do daily on this particular PC. PCI video card slot not needed, as I'm still on a AGP card and when I upgrade it'll all be scrapped obviously.
 
You could put a "WTB" in the FS/FT forum, search didn't show anyone selling one but I can't be the only one with a pile of parts he's too lazy to sell 🙂

eBay has a bunch of boards, including buy it now for $30.
 
smksuperstore has an asus model for about $24 shipped. It has a via chipset. I had problems detecting my sata drive, but didn't try the raid driver, which will probably work. This is a basic board with no overclocking options, and an agp slot. Also check mwave for refurbs.
 
Are you talking about the CPU heatsink retention module?
