Motherboard for AXP

I'm going to be upgrading my motherboard and need some advice on which board to get.

Here is my setup:

AMD Mobile Athlon 2400+ 35w "I" stepping
MSI K7N2 Delta-L (had problems with it, would like something different)
2x512 Corsair XMS PC3700 TWINX (3-4-4-8 default timings)
128mb BBA Radeon 9800pro modded to 9800xt
Thermalright SLK-900A heatsink w/ 92mm Vantec Tornado fan
120gb Western Digital 8MB 7200rpm HDD
Audigy 2 Platinum
Antec True 380W PSU

Obviously I have no need for onboard audio, so I could care less about the quality of it. Onboard video is not needed either. I currently do not have a SATA HDD, and have no plans on purchasing one soon as my current HDD is running fine (although support for SATA wouldn't hurt). My goal is to be able to run this system stable with a fsb of 216-220mhz.

After reading my share of reviews and forum posts regarding this subject, I've narrowed (but not completely) my choices down to the following three boards:

Abit NF7-S 2.0
Shuttle AN35N Ultra
DFI NFII Infinity

I've heard all good things about all of them, and have basically been torn between the NF7-S and the AN35N for the last couple weeks. I have recently read good things about the DFI about it being the best OCer for high fsbs, so I decided to consider that board as well.

One of the main things I'd like to know, however, is the max voltage I can set my vdimm at in the BIOS for all three of these boards, as I plan on doing no mods whatsoever.

If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it, as I've battled back and forth trying to get the best board for my money. I am not too happy with my experience with my Delta-L (OC wise), so I would like to get something that I am very happy with.

Thanks in advance.

I have not wanted to run much higher voltage in order to prolong the life of my CPU, but I have been stable higher. NF7-S is pretty simple. I only had to jump the CMOS a couple times.
I only have the official BIOS for it, but there are supposedly some that are different. Mine sayeth 2.9 Volts max. People do vdimm mods on them too so...
DFI is the one to get if you really want to wail on your chip. Haven't heard anything from the Shuttle. Good Luck!
