hello I just got a Corsair Twin2X2048-6400C4 Memory kit, and I installed it on my Asus M2NPV motherboard and I adjust the timings to 4-4-4-12 (intended to be this way) but when I save and restart, I just get error beeps and it doesn't POST. this is the whole reason I bought the memory (the timings and EPP), but since they're not working, did I just waste an extra $20 for a more expensive Corsair kit? I checked the timings with CPU-Z, and it's 5-5-5-18 right now.

what's going on?

thanks

ah..... I'm pretty n00by with voltages, how much should I increase?

oh and also CPU-Z shows my frequency as being 400mhz, when it should be 800 (DDR2 6400)... why?

and thanks for the help last time, I didn't run memtest but I did remove one stick of RAM it was fine... that stick didn't even let me format and install windows, would corrupt files during installation and gimme the BSOD. so thanks for that :)
