Motherboard/Cpu Help

alright so i have this motherboard, and i have a pentium D cpu, i was thinking about upgrading to a core 2 duo, now i dont know if i can or if i cant with this motherboard. here is a link to some info bout my motherboard from cpuid.

I found at least one thread on dell's forum that says you can.

Notice that his mb model number is the same as shown in your pic. 2nd reply has a link to the bios update you'll apparently need.
