I have been looking at the MSI 760 mobos and i've come across both the K7 Master and the K7T Master. The K7 is $100 cheaper and the only difference I've found so far is the lack of integrated IEEE1394... but I don't think that costs $100...
Are there any other differences? (btw.. the MSI site is down right now, so I can't go and investigate... THough I don't recall seeing hte K7T Master on there anyway)

Here's what I'm guessing...
I believe the K7 Master has only 2 Mem slots... Does the K7T have 4?
K7 has no FireWire... K7T does...
overclocking capabilities?

***EDIT***
Actually, by going to pricewatch and checking the two out, I see that hte K7T has SCSI and hte K7 doesn't.. The K7T have 4 Slots, the K7 has two...
That kind of runs me into a problem.. I'd like to buy 4 sticks of 256 MB PC2100 RAM, totaling 1 GB, but that's impossilbe with the K7... I don't want SCSI, but the K7T doesn't support ATA/100...
I just looked at a picture of the K7 Master and see that 2 more memory slots were intended. Is there a way to add those 2 slots back?

here's a pick of hte two:
K7 Master
K7T Master

looks like the k7 master is a 761 chipset board whereas the k7t master is the old kt133 chipset with only 200 mhz fsb.

Just found out another thing...
V1.1 (k7 Mater-S??) has 4 DIMM slots

I'd appreciate any more info on this board.

Does the K7 Master-S (SCSI version) still have the ATA100 controllers?

Does it fit the NoiseControl Silverado CPU cooler on it, or is it too tight a fit?
