Motherboard and Win2k Question....

Sorry everyone, this is stupid, but i do't know what can i do.
I have a computer, Asus A7V with Win 2k installed on it.
If i get a new motherboard, i take out the old one and replace it with the new one, keeping everything else intact, same hard drive same everything. When i boot, will i have to install another OS or the OS is already installed in the Hard Drive.

Excuse me everyone , don't get offended, me is new.

Well, in the best of circumstances, you'll have no problem moving a new motherboard into your system. However, since many motherboards vary in their hardware, you will have to install the new mobo hardware through the Windows 2000 software (when you start up it will detect new hardware and all that junk). Anyway, your computer should work fine doing this, but you'll have a lot of extra "junk" left on your HD from the other motherboard.
